OVERVIEW
Course level roles can be locally assigned within courses to give users various permissions for different possible actions. Each course will need to be treated separately.
Use Case Example:

You have a variety of courses on different topics, each requiring different levels of access and permissions streamlining administration and tailored access, ensuring that users have the necessary permissions.
For Example: You can assign the 'Course Instructor' role to subject matter experts who create and manage course content while assigning the 'Learner' role to employees who participate only in the training.
