Bulk Delete Users

OVERVIEW

You can delete a large number of user accounts from your Pluto LMS site by performing a bulk user action.
Use Case Example:

As a training manager, over time, you may have a need to remove a large number of user accounts from your LMS system, such as when employees leave the company or when you need to clean up outdated profiles. With Pluto LMS's bulk user deletion feature, you can easily and efficiently delete multiple user accounts in just a few simple steps.

You can streamline your user management process and maintain a clean and up-to-date user database in your LMS.
This feature ensures that you have control over the user accounts in your system and allows you to maintain the integrity of your training records without the need for manual deletion of individual accounts.

When bulk deleting user profiles, please note that:
  1. This cannot be reversed.
  2. All user information will be deleted from your LMS.
  3. This includes all activity and records linked to these users (e.g. reports and analytics).
  4. There are no user backup options (only entire site backups).

BULK DELETE USERS

Step 1: Click on "Site admin", followed by "User management", then "Bulk user actions."





Step 2: Here you can (1) optionally filter users to (2) add to/remove from your selection.



Step 3: With the selected users, select "Delete" and click on "Go."



You will be asked to confirm the deletion and then the selected user accounts will be deleted.
