OVERVIEW

On the "Bulk user actions" page in "Site admin", you can search for and select users to perform bulk actions like sending messages, deleting user accounts, or downloading user data.

Use Case Example:

Imagine you're a training manager in a large corporation, responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new employees. You have just received a list of 100 new hires who need to be added to the company's learning management system. Instead of manually adding each user one by one, you can utilize the bulk user actions feature in Pluto LMS.

By following a few simple steps, you can quickly search for and select the 100 new hires, and perform a bulk action to add them to the system with ease.

This saves you valuable time and ensures a seamless onboarding experience for the new employees.

PERFORM BULK USER ACTIONS

Step 1: Click on (1) "Site admin", followed by (2) "User management", then (3) "Bulk user actions."





Step 2: Optionally (1) filter users and (2) select the users for your bulk action.



Step 3: From the "With selected users..." drop-down list, select the bulk user action you would like to perform and click on "Go."



You can now follow the prompts to complete your selected bulk user action.
