Monitoring Mandatory Training Compliance

Scenario: A company operates an LMS to deliver various training modules to its employees. Some of these training modules are mandatory for compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, or company policies. It's crucial to ensure that all employees complete these mandatory training modules within specified timeframes.

Solution: The company uses the LMS to track course attendance for mandatory training modules to ensure that all employees complete these courses within the required timeframes.

A. QR CODE

Learners can scan the QR code you shared. 



This will prompt them to log into your LMS to record their attendance.   



After scanning the QR code and logging into their mobile device, they can submit their attendance as shown below.




B. CALENDAR

Learners can access attendance registers via their calendar.  



This will re-direct learners to the attendance activity in the relevant course.


 
Here, learners can submit their attendance for the relevant session.




C. COURSE

Learners will see the attendance activity in the relevant course.
