The feedback activity can be used to create and conduct surveys to collect feedback and is ideal for course or teacher evaluations.
USE CASE EXAMPLE:
Feedback and surveys within a Learning Management System (LMS) used for internal staff training are valuable tools for assessing the effectiveness of training programs, gathering insights from employees, and making continuous improvements. Here's a use case example of how feedback and surveys can be effectively used in such a system:
Training Program Evaluation and Improvement
Scenario:
A mid-sized company offers a range of internal training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. They use an LMS to deliver and manage these training programs, and they want to ensure that the training is meeting employees' needs and achieving its intended goals.
CREATE A FEEDBACK ACTIVITY
Step 1: In the relevant course, click on "Edit course material."
Step 2: Under the relevant module, click on "Add course content."
Step 3: Click on feedback activity.
Step 4: Give your feedback activity a name and add an optional description.
Step 5: Optionally, define the availability, submission and access settings and add tags (you can always update these later).
Once you're happy, click "Save and display" to save your changes and start adding questions to your feedback.
ADD QUESTIONS TO YOUR FEEDBACK ACTIVITY
Step 1: In the "Edit questions" tab, from the "Add question" drop-down list, select a question type to add to your feedback activity.

Once you're happy, you can click on "Save question" and continue adding questions to your feedback activity.
ANALYSIS
After students have begun submitting feedback, you'll be able to start viewing the analysis and responses.
