Create User Segment Action

OVERVIEW

The "Create User Segment" action creates a new User Segment in your Pluto LMS based on information provided in the trigger.

SETTING UP A "CREATE USER SEGMENT" ACTION

Step 1: Set up your trigger, e.g. "New Row in Microsoft Excel."

Note: The trigger may need to provide the user segment name and user segment ID of the new user segment that your zap needs to create in your Pluto LMS. 

Step 2: Select (1) Pluto LMS as your action app and (2) "Create User Segment" as your action event, then (3) choose your connected Pluto LMS account from the drop-down list.

Step 3: To set up your action you can manually enter the (1) user segment name and (2) user segment ID of the new user segment that your zap must create in your Pluto LMS. 

Note: For a more dynamic zap (that can create various new user segments) you can select the corresponding fields from your trigger data source that will provide the user segment name and user segment ID of the new site branch that your zap must create in your Pluto LMS. 

You can now scroll down and click on "Continue" to proceed to test your action and switch on your zap or add additional action steps.
