Forgotten Password

OVERVIEW

Users can reset their forgotten password by making use of the forgotten login details button on your site's login page.

Use Case Example:

As a training manager in a corporate setting who has been using Pluto LMS to facilitate internal staff training. You will most likely come across at least one of your team members who forget their password and is unable to access their training materials. This tool creates an easy go-to when retrieving the login details for the said employee/s. 

This feature ensures a seamless user experience and empowers individuals to easily recover their account access when needed.

RESET FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

The forgotten login details button is located on your site login page. 

When clicked, users will be prompted to enter the email address saved on the system for them. They will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset their password and gain access to your site again.

Note:

It is important that users enter the email address saved on the system for them, otherwise they will not receive a "Reset Password" email.
