Manually Add Users to User Segments
OVERVIEW
Users with the Site Admin role can manually add users to existing user segments.
Use Case Example:
By organizing users into segments, you can efficiently assign courses, track progress, and communicate important updates specific to each user segment, enhancing the overall training experience.
You can easily manage user segments to streamline communication and access specific training materials.
MANUALLY ADD USERS TO USER SEGMENTS
Step 1: Click on "Site admin", followed by "User Management", then "Manage user segments."
Step 2: Click on the user icon (shown below) of the relevant user segment.
Step 3: You can now highlight users and manually add/remove them to the user segment.
