Risk Reporting and AI Suggestions:

We've added a new site wide risk  reporting page with custom AI suggestions for identifying and mitigating learners at risk of not completing their courses.

Here you can find an Overview Report for learners at risk of not completing their courses. This report identifies learners based on several risk indicators which include, but are not limited to:
  1. How many courses learners are enrolled into
  2. Learners' course grade results              
  3. How many course activities a learner has outstanding
  4. The number of times a learner has viewed the course
Based on the number of risk indicators that a learner presents with, the report then also categorises learners as either low, medium or high risk. The AI Suggestion column then provides a suggested mitigatory action to address a specific risk profile. 

In the Risk Indicators tab, you can also view the reports for each individual risk indicator in more detail.

Simplified Zapier Setup:

You can now login to your Zapier account and connect to over 5000 applications and tools without having to leave your Pluto LMS.

Multi-tenancy Improvements:

We've updated and improved our multi-tenancy offering to enable you to create true micro-sites that can be completely white-labeled. Updates include:

  1. Separate Domain for each Micro-site
  2. Separate Landing Page for each Micro-site
  3. Separate Site Roles for each Micro-site 
  4. Separate Course Lists for each Micro-site 
  5. Separate SSO for each Micro-site 
  6. Separate Integrations for each Micro-site 
  7. Central Reporting Dashboard if you have multiple Micro-sites
