Raw Records Query Mode

Raw Records Query Mode

OVERVIEW

Raw Records query mode in Pluto Insights is a setting that allows you to display your data in its most detailed form, without any aggregation or summary. Each row in your chart corresponds directly to a row in your dataset.

HOW TO SETUP THE RAW RECORDS QUERY MODE

Let's use course enrollments as an example. Suppose you have a dataset that records individual course enrollments at your company, with columns for "Learner Name", "Course Name", "Enrollment Date", and "Progress".

If you wanted to create a table that lists all enrollments for a particular course, you could use Raw Records query mode. In this mode, you could filter by the "Course Name" to display only the rows related to that course.

The resulting table would show each individual enrollment for that course, with a row for each learner, showing their name, the date they enrolled, and their progress.

Raw Records query mode is useful when you need to see the individual records in your dataset, rather than a summary or aggregate view. It's ideal for detailed examinations of data and for creating tables that list individual records.
