SCORM Reporting

SCORM Reporting

ADD SCORM TO YOUR COURSE

Before you can start pulling SCORM reports, you will need to upload one/more SCORM packages to your Pluto LMS.

Use Case Example:

By utilizing the SCORM functionality in Pluto LMS and exploring the comprehensive SCORM reports, training managers can assess learner progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the effective delivery of internal staff training programs.

By adding SCORM packages to your Pluto LMS courses, you can track and analyze learner interactions to gain valuable insights into their progress and performance.

LEARNER INTERACTION
SCORM reports cannot be generated on your LMS site unless learners interact with your SCORM content.

We suggest creating a "test learner" account and noting the login details. Ensure that the test learner is enrolled in your course before logging in with that account to test your SCORM reports. Once you've logged in with your test learner account, you will be able to interact with your SCORM package as shown below.

VIEWING SCORM REPORTS

In the relevant course, navigate to your SCORM activity.

In the "Reports" tab, you will be able to view and download various SCORM reports.

1. The "Basic report" allows you to see an overview of learner interactions with your SCORM package.

To view the details of a learner's attempt, you can click on the number in the attempt column next to their name.

2. Results graphs are generated under "Graph report."

3. You can also view detailed responses under "Interactions report."

4. On the "Objectives report" you can view objective scores.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If these reports are not being generated from your SCORM package, the settings within the SCORM authoring tool may be incorrect. For example, if you are using Articulate, you need to ensure that you publish your package correctly so that Pluto LMS can read data. Click here to view their support guide. For other SCORM authoring tools, kindly request their support to ensure that you are exporting your packages correctly.
