Update Site Messaging Settings

OVERVIEW

The Pluto LMS messaging system allows users to send private or group messages to other users on the site. You can enable/disable the messaging system or update the settings to restrict/allow site-wide messaging.

USE CASE EXAMPLE:

The messaging system in Pluto LMS plays a vital role in facilitating effective communication among trainers, learners, and administrators.

For example: Training managers can use the messaging system to send important announcements or reminders to all learners enrolled in a specific course. This ensures that learners stay informed about any updates or changes in the training program.

Administrators have control over the communication options available within the LMS platform, ensuring a secure and focused learning environment for corporate training programs.

UPDATE MESSAGING SETTINGS

Step 1: Click on (1) "Site admin", followed by (2) "Site Settings", then (3)  "Messaging settings."





Step 2: Set your site wide preferences.
