User Course Completion and Progress
OVERVIEW
In course admin, you can define the conditions that learners must meet in order to complete a specific course.

Performance Evaluation and Personalized Learning
In a large organization, the HR and training departments have implemented an LMS for internal staff training to improve the skills and knowledge of their employees. The ability to see user course completion and progress within the LMS is instrumental for various purposes:

DEFINE COURSE COMPLETION SETTINGS
Step 1: In the relevant course, click on "Course admin" followed by "Course completion."
Step 2: Here, you can set your course completion rules by (1) deciding learners must meet ALL or ANY of the conditions you set in order to complete the course and then (2) setting those conditions.

- Activity completion: select the activities that learners must complete.
- Completion of other courses: select other courses that learners must complete.
- Date: select a date when the course can be completed.
- Enrollment duration: select an period of time that learners must be enrolled.
- Course grade: set a course grade that learners must achieve.
Once you're happy, click on "Save changes."
VIEW LEARNERS' PROGRESS
In the relevant course, in the right-hand drawer, you can now click on "Overview of students" to see learners' progress toward completing the course.
Learners' course progress will also be displayed on their profiles.
