A Zap is an automated workflow that tells your connected apps to follow this simple command: "When this happens, do that." Every Zap has a trigger and one or more actions. A trigger is an event that starts a Zap. When creating a zap, you can set it up that (1) an event in your Pluto LMS triggers an action in your connected app, or (2) an event in your connected app triggers an action in your Pluto LMS.
