Managing User Agreements

OVERVIEW

For policies created with the native policy tool, you can view and manage user agreements.

Use Case Example:

As a training manager responsible for internal staff training in a large organization. You can create and manage important company policies such as the Code of Conduct, Data Privacy Policy, and IT Security Policy. With the native policy tool, you can easily customize these policies to align with your organization's requirements.

You can then see which employees have accepted the policies and which ones haven't. In cases where some employees haven't responded, you can request their consent and, with their permission, accept the policies on their behalf.

This tool is great for contributing to a well-informed and compliant workforce.

MANAGE USER AGREEMENTS

Step 1: Click on "Site admin", followed by "User management", then, in the "Privacy" block, "Settings."

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "User agreements."

Step 3: Here you will be able to see which users have agreed to your policies and which have not. 

With the user's permission, you can "Accept" or "Decline" policies on their behalf.
