Suspend User Action

OVERVIEW

The "Suspend User" action allows you to suspend or reactivate a user in your Pluto LMS based on information provided in the trigger.

SETTING UP A "SUSPEND USER" ACTION

Step 1: Set up your trigger, e.g. "New Row in Microsoft Excel."



Note: The trigger will need to provide the User IDs of the users that your zap must either suspend or reactivate in your Pluto LMS. If your trigger does not provide this information, you may need to add and additional action step before the "Suspend User" action, e.g. "Search User" in your Pluto LMS.

Step 2: Select (1) Pluto LMS as your action app and (2) "Suspend User" as your action event, then (3) choose your connected Pluto LMS account from the drop-down list.

Step 3: To set up your action, (1) select the corresponding field from your trigger data source (or from a previous step) that will provide the User ID of the user/s in your Pluto LMS whose account/s must be either suspended or reactivated by your zap. (2) Select whether your zap should "Suspend" or "Unsuspend" users.



You can then scroll down and click on "Continue" to proceed to test your action and switch on your zap or add additional action steps.
